Flagstaff vs Sierra

Hello Everyone,
Newbie to the board and I'm having a hard time finding the differences between the Flagstaff and Sierra fifth wheels. I'm looking at two 2004 models and one is priced 50% higher in asking price. What, if anything justifies such a significant difference? Both are all fiberglass, with slides and bunk houses. What advice do any of you have? It will be our first camper and our TV is a 2006 Ram 3500 dually diesel. We are a family with two young children. And will camp mostly in the Southeast. Also, how important is having 2 ac units? It never gets over 100 here in FL, but the ceilings are high in these rigs.
Thanks in advance

Sierra should be a higher level trailer.
its twin is the Sandpiper line.

the Flagstaff's twin is the Rockwood line.

plus the Flagstaff has an ultralight frame, while the Sierra doesn't.

if you look closer at weights, amenities and other things, you'll see a bigger difference between the two.

X2

And a 2nd ac is a must.

Seems like all the newer sierras are much bigger than flagstaffs that dont get much larger than 30' if I remember correctly.
