Fresh Water Tank Leaks

I have a 2008 Sierra 32 foot FW model F296. Camping this past week at a state park where I had to use my fresh water tank as no city water was available. I last used my fresh water tank last November with no problems and completely drained the tank prior to storing for the winter. During this trip I filled with water upon arrival at the park and when parked noticed a slow drip coming from under the FW through a small hole in the liner near the fresh water tank. I want to access my tank but I have a heavy one piece liner running the entire length of the FW. Can someone tell me if it is possible to fold the liner back to access my tank so I can see what is causing my leak? I can see no other way to access my tanks. Thanks for any help in advance.
