Gap in the floor

So I had the side compartment open and used the master bathroom and found light coming in the bottom of the wall at the floor..... Never seen issues like this before anyone else have this issue ,is it common, do I need to worry about a larger problem?

Make & model? What does the inside look like. It appears as if the floor is buckling or lifting up. Is the inside covered by carpet or molding? Can you (Inside) peel it back and inspect? Take a lot of pics they do help.

Under the floor picture is sideways so the water lines are into the ceiling of the crawl space

Did you mean sheet vinyl? Looks like the tile is separating.

Consider one of three. First I would consider increasing the floor molding to seal any gaps. Second replace or add additional seal in the compartment space. Third is it possible their is water damage that caused the floor to warp like that?

It's actually the wall that isn't flush the floor is fine the aluminum bracket in the under storage I'm not sure if it is stock or aftermarket but the wall is flush where the under screws are and slightly open where they aren't...... No water damage I can see but would explain why the bathroom is so much colder if the door is left closed.

Ii looks as if the manufacture used a faulty wall. It does not appear to be square/straight (cut). If not covered by warranty then I would attempt to repair myself after validating the floor/wall is not damp/wet. One, I would seal the gap and then increase the quarter round at the floor. Then do a light test again.

That's the repair route I was thinking silicone it good top and bottom the wall and all look good nothing is wet, it appears that the lack of a screw in the middle of the angle aluminum may have let the wall settle out a little it's tight were the screws are

I had s similar issue with my 366 FL in the living room. The dealer went in from the basement and siliconed the gaps from underneath.

So no structural problems with yours then? Do you still own it? We intend on keeping this one for at least another 10 years it's only 4 yrs old and we own it outright no loan no lean

No structural issues found just was not a tight fit. We traded it for a 360 PDEK, the front living room just wasn't filling our needs.
