The radio should not turn ON by itself from the STANDBY position. Please try pressing the reset button. This should clear any alarm settings as well as any potential software errors in memory that may have occurred. This is located in the lower left corner of the radio, near the “DOLBY DIGITAL” logo. Use a paperclip/pen to depress for about 2 seconds while the radio is ON. See if this clears up the issue.

If the problem returns, we would like to do some further troubleshooting, and possible warranty replacement, if needed. It would be best for you or your dealer to call us for some troubleshooting to help find a solution. You can reach us on our toll free technical support line at (877) 845-8750. We are available M-F 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM EDT.

THANKS very much!! I'll try the reset button. The whole trailer (2012 F/R Sierra 323FK IS still under the original 1 year warranty)

Yes Jensen, That IS service!! 4 hours now since I hit MY reset and it has NOT come back on yet!!

UPDATE:Saturday 8/18/12 5:55am: Stereo came back on-trailer is in our yard at home-I had turned all speakers off execpt the outside ones and turned up the volume so I could just stick my head out the front door of the house to check oin it-it must have come back on about a half hour ago, woke me up inside the house and probably the neighbors too!!

There was a "message" on the front screen sayiny "1158 LOAD" we have only tried a dvd in the unit once and took it back out-we checked and there is no dvd or cd in it, and again pushed the reset button last night as insrtucted.......

When I pushed the reset button for 2 seconds last night the unit shut off....

May be Patrick or Whoopie could help??

-Nother Update folks: Now that I have put my glasses on what I said was on the screen as "1158 Load" IS IN FACT "USB LOAD" we NEVER have pluged in a USB cable to the unit, we tried a CD and a DVD back in January when we bought the trailer...all worked fine.

JENSEN: My Wife IS communicating with someone in your company about this.....we'd like to deal direct with JENSEN to get this fixed because we are sick to death of the RV dealers here with warranty stuff.

UPDATE 9/22/12: After sitting WITHOUT being pluged into shore power in our yard for nearly a month and NOT coming back on, TODAY I pluged in into shore power and about 6 hours later it came back on....
What the heck gives here???
