This IS absolutely GREAT GREAT Customer service!! with everything going on in our world today this is what everyone else should strive to do....I think consumer confidence is way down and if everyone else would realize this and take after JENSEN, I think we'd all be better off!
I wish we had Jensen's in our new Columbus, the things they put in the entertainment center and the basement are "Junk" and I'm gonna replace both of them....
