Here's my take,
1) check the bypass valves.
2) diesel not gas.
3) no your minivan won't tow it.
4) chevy period
5) forget the bumper mounted bike rack.
6) give it 24 hrs to fully cool down.
7) make sure it has water via the pressure relief valve.
8) 1/4 cup of bleach per 15 gallons.
9) shut the propane tank valve off then slowly turn it back on.
And lastly..
10) buy your next unit first.
