just ordered

Ordered a 365saqb a few days ago. Have seen some discouraging info recently. Hope its everything were expecting. Love the floorplan for our four kids. Does sound like they have solved several problems at the factory. Should have by thanksgiving. Plan first trip in early December. We purchased insulation upgrade, fireplace, partycouch, suspension, and second ac. Were so excited and can hardly wait. Its our second 5th wheel and the floorplan fits us perfect. Hope to have no problems but nice to know there's plenty of help out there.

Welcome and congrats on your new 5er. I wouldn't worry too much about the discouraging info. You see more people post the bad stuff and not enough people posting all the good stuff.

Completely agree with Wiscampsin. You're going to love your new unit, and yes, someone will always find issues with any new RV, and it's natural to report those shortcomings. It's a good way for us to find answers, and to learn what others have encountered.

You'll find loads of support and excellent communication on this site, and congratulations on your new purchase! Don't be discouraged. It will all be fine!

We just got the 376bhok with all those features. We love the party couch (did you get the recliners?? We love those) & the dogs stayed by the fireplace last weekend. We have issues but I still love it & can't wait to get back to it. We leave it at the beach at a campground.

CCI, congrats. You will love the unit. Hook up and run the wheels off of it. It's a great fit with 4 kids. Wish they were around when mine were young, but it is sweet with the grand kids. Be safe.

Congrats on the new rig! One thing I would mention with the party couch is make sure to put up the tables and see how they sit. The tables had a terrible tilt leaning to the slide out side. They had to put in wedges under the mounts for the poles to sit straight so the table is almost flush. It is great for playing board games and cards with a bunch of people but you will need some small chairs for the kitchen side of the tables. We had our pains like anyone but all was fixed under warranty. I believe the amount of units they build and sell there is going to be some issues you will have to deal with or hear about.
