Leak...please help

What are the proper supplies I should use to fix a leak that has happened on my 1998 35' sierra. It is above bathroom and seems to have started by plastic sun window on ceiling. When I got up on a ladder there is a 2'x2' spot on roof that is soft to touch. What's the best way to fix this? Thanks for your help in this regard.

Dicor Self Leveling Lap Sealant is the only thing you should use.

Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant - White - Dicor Corp 501LSW-1 - Roof Maintenance & Repair - Camping World

Look for cracks in the old sealant and fill them with new.
