The 365 was delivered on May 1. Lots of work getting it situated seasonally and building the decks. It's getting there. Ill post more pics as the projects progress.

Looks great! Going seasonal is a lot of work getting things set up just right but in the end it's all going to be worth it.

X2 - we spend a month of weekends getting our seasonal site cleaned up and ready by Memorial Day but it is worth it being able to just pull up, unlock the door, put awning out and go sit by the fire 👍

Question for you and others on buidling a deck. Robichaud, it looks like you have just used pier blocks with 4x4 tied directly into the deck box. I am going to be doing same but my thought was to tie my 4x4 off of pier into beam and have deck box sit on the beam. Any thoughts?

5 hole, I built the deck with 4x4 concrete deck piers and 4x4 posts. At the top of the 4x4 I attached something similar to the pic. The frame rails fit in between the "U" shaped metal and holds nice. homedepot has other styles of framing hardware too.
My campground only allows 4x8 deck sections otherwise I would have built it like a conventional deck

I also used 2x4 for the framing with additional 4x4 supports in the middle underneath to reduce "springing". This was to reduce weight (and cost).
