Model Numbers

I have a Sierra fifth wheel 2004 32BHBS style CT. What does the BHBS mean? When I look it up on the internet it also says it is 36 foot and not a 32 foot in length. Can anyone help me?

I don't think there are any firm acronyms out there. BH will most times refer to bunk house. The current Salem "BS" trailer has a back storage area. The "32" does not necessarily reflect on the actaul total length, but usually the bigger numbers indicate a longer trailer. My SV 263 is actually 28.5' long, with a 24' box....go figure.

Don't go by the model for lenght! Its very seldom the same
Bh stands for bunkhouse
Bs stands for bunk slide (normally)
Ss. Super slide
Re rear entertainment

Rl rear living

The model number (32) doesn't have anything to do with the length of the trailer. Our model, 8293 RKSS means "rear kitchen, super slide". Meaning it has the outside kitchen and one slide for the couch and table. "BH" could stand for "bunkhouse." Don't know about the BS designation (other than the obvious....)

I think in your case they averaged. 28.5+24=52.5 /2 = 26.25. Round that up and drop the period so they can save money on the extra number sticker and you have 263.

I have seen some models without bunks that a bed slide and the BS model number.

Probably the best acronym that fits that particular model.

You may have something there.
