New camper, small issues but one Major ?

The underbody seal against the frame has several areas where it is not only loose, but bowed and open as well (mice friendly?). I compared mine to a close by Sierra and theirs is tightly sealed, with no bowing, and maybe even glued ??

You posted in the TT/5th Wheel section's Sierra sub-forum.
Your profile shows a park model trailer.

Not aware of any Sierra park models.

A park model looks more like a small house. Destination trailers look more like large TT.
To the seasonal camper there is a difference.

Destination trailers have to have holding tanks and can be placed in most rv parks

Yes, those gaps happen. Use caulk for the smaller gaps and expanding foam for the larger gaps. Easy fix.

I have seen some RV manufacturers' park models and other destination models and they looked the same.
And I've not seen any manufacturers that have both destination models and park models.

But I admit I must be incorrect.
My apologies for confusing the discussion.

The part trailers are just small single wide manufactured homes. Down here in the Rio Grande Valley most parks allow the manufactured homes, but I have not really seen that many destination trailers. Manufactured homes are not made by the TT industries and don't have holding tanks.

Looks like corrugated plastic gap by the frame, correct?
If so caulk or underbelly tape should work.

Manufactured homes are built on steel frames just like RV's are, the things that sets them apart form Destinations Trailers is that they remove the tongue and you can not move it very easy unless you have a wide load permit. They are about 16' wide and no slide outs. The pluming and electric are done the same as a home or a double wide manufactured home. They are set on cement blocks and tied down. A lot of the retiree's that come down here during the winter and plan to continue to come year after year buy them so they are more comfortable than in a RV. While some of the RV dealers sale the park models you posted, this is more like the Park Models here in the Rio Grande Valley.
