I wouldn't worry about it for a few days.. You can either jack it up further on that side and slide blocks under then let it back down or like sgtlm17 said level it manually. Sometimes even with the auto level if the ground is too much of an incline (I've noticed when the incline is downwards from the front to the rear, meaning the nose is closer to the ground) that the level up system won't even work.
As far as wobble when walking around near the rear of the unit, when our kids get rambunctious back there we feel it too. I was going to grab some leveling jacks to put back at the bumper and see if that fixed the issue but I haven't had the time.
