water to the toilet but not thru the toilet...camper used twice?????

Please elaborate a little further by what you mean. The black water tank that is connected to the toilet is meant to be filled almost completely before draining it. If you camp at a campsite with full hookups leaving the black water valve open will result in problems.

I am getting water to the toilet, but when foot valve is pressed, nothing

Clean the inlet where the water supply hooks to the valve behind the toilet.

almost impossible to get to this area with out taking toilet up. is there anything that will need replacing if I remove the toilet, a gasket or anyhting

not sure at the moment. I am not with the unit. its a 2018 forest river sierra 379flok
