ok....next question

On my 365, when i open the caps to the drains for front or rear black/grey tanks, i hear a vacuum seal like air tight pressure being released, then looks like some black spills out....just a little. When i put the cap on the tank valves are closed so i do not know why i get this "leak". When i open the cap the valves are closed as well. Anyone else have this issue? Any corrective measures i can take?

The source of the trickle is likely water that was on the pipe between the gate valve and the hose when you finished dumping the last time. Since then it's gradually flowed down to the base of the pipe by the cap. The sound you hear could be a little bit of pressure built up by heat between the gate valve and the cap.

I wouldn't. If that valve ever starts to leak going down the road or hasn't fully seated, you'll be REALLY glad to have that cap on.
