Check the A/C well if it has the new dometic blizzard. I'm in GA too. It gets hot and humid! There have been many sierra owners with issues. The fix was adding a few more return ducts. Maybe by now they are doing it at the factory. I pulled the cover off my unit and found it full of wood chips. The coils were packed full. I took an air hose and carefully blew it all out. Mine worked 100% better after that. There was no way any air was moving through the fins.

I love our 360 PDEK. Only major issue we had is the fresh water tank fell out, FR sent a tech down to replace the tank, framing and water lines. Our main A/C quit last spring and Dometic sent a mobile tech to replace it under warranty. Other than that it has been a great unit.

I did open up the walls in the basement and shortened up the heater ducts and was able to move the walls back to create more storage. The wife removed one of the recliners to make it easier to get out to the deck.

It PDEK draws a good bit of attention at the campgrounds, get ready to answer questions on its layout. One last thing, ad some light under the deck, we had a teenager crack his head open on the edge of the deck while cutting through our campsite at night. Said he didn't see the deck while running around with a friend. We have rope lights on the railing now.

Good luck and enjoy your new PDEK.

Yeah...we picked our up 2017 last year. Had to cut in two more return vents in line with the original two. FR sent me two matching vent covers. All's well now. BUT, it caused my wiring to short out in the main unit and I had to get up there and remove the Thermostat wires(burned out) and replace the telephone style ends and duct tape them up away from the water...I also, drilled out some new holes to get the unit to drain out the gathering condensation water. Now, we have no heat and the front decorative LED lighting stopped on one side...just after the one year warranty...

Well....here we are 13 months into our 2017 FR 360PDEK and the heat stops working...Feel like the warranty is on a timer.... It comes on for a few seconds and when you think it's time for the heat to blow, it stops. We've never had a problem with it but we've rarely used it in Florida. Now when we're visiting family in Tennessee, it's not functioning. Thank goodness for the fake fireplace to take the cold edge off the unit. Any suggestions?

My 16 381RBOK has crap A/C in the main cabin and bunk room. Where did you find all the wood chips?

Get a couple little ceramic heaters..... I carry a couple anyway because all the girls have to have them running while they shower anyway. Summer, winter it doesn't matter they are running in the bathroom during their showers.
