Roof mold spots
I cleaned the roof this past weekend. I’ve scrubbed it once a year since owning it from new - it’s a 2013. Trees are generally oaks and some pine which make Jr dirty but not a lot of pine sap. I noticed this year, what looks like mold spots near the forward and rear roof AC units. Otherwise the roof is in good condition.
The spots are no larger than 1/4” in diameter and it look spotted with many small spots.
Is this something I should be concerned with or is this due to the condensation runoff from the ac units?
