satellite hookup for 365 SAQ?

Anybody know a secret to ,where the cables go ? I managed to get my dish to work, but cant figure out what cable goes where in the rv.I see park cable, then 2 separate satellite hookups but have no clue where the cables run.I ended up running a cable through the window right to the receiver, but sure would rather have it hooked up the the coach. Thanks

What year is yours? Mine is a '12 and I have 3 of them vertically in my docking station. For some unknown reason, the top one goes to the rear bunkroom and the middle one goes to the main TV. The bottom one is Park Cable. However, on mine there is another dualconnection behind the main TV that has to be changed to get satellite to come through that connection. WHY?? I have no idea. But then have to change it back to get the park cable to come through that connector. Reminds me I need to go get a splitter and fix that so I can just slide the splitter instead of having to change the wires.

We got our 2013 in September. The whole cable/satellite setup and jacks were miss wired. Took me a while but after some hair pulling, opening cover plates and taking off some access pans in the storage I got it up and running. Cable to the bunk room was via satellite output and vise versa throughout. I abandoned the satellite completely and just wired cable to all cable jacks. Feel bad for someone who maybe isn't handy and would have to return to dealer to get sorted. Thank goodness that's the only problem we've had in it in.

I have a 2013 and ran into same problem with satellite feed. To fix I crawled into pass thru area and remove the back wall covering all connections. They had a 3 way splitter on the sat connector. I connected on feed to master bedroom and the second sat feed to main room TV . We just use the 2 TV 's on sat. I installed a WD media box with 1 tb hard drive loaded with movies in the bunkhouse.

I still have not figured it out.We watch tv in the back and the only way I can get a signal is by running a cable through the window, from the dish to the receiver.Just really frustrates me that after spending 40k that Quality Control is this lousy. Not to mention something is killing my battery,a short in the stove fan and light over the stove and my sewer drain for the front tank is broke in the open position. What gives??

Are you using Dish Network or DirecTV? If Dish, no splitters are allowed between the dish and receiver. Find them and take them out.

You are totally right the quality is a very real issue. However if you use one of three decent dealers in the country they are all fairly easy fixes and should all be warranty repairs. If not start calling FR direct and get a factory repair claim going. I had all the same troubles as you except for the hood short. The front sewer valve was smashed and broken internally, thank goodness we had not used the front tank yet when I found that the valve was broke. That was a PIA to replace the tv/sat/antenna connections were all mixed up and wrong on the back if the control board after removing the back cover I switched around the coax and that problem was solved, the single battery in this size rv is a joke, it literally lasts only a few hours unplugged a second battery upgrade and small solar trickle charger helped a lot. Golf medic and I have had many discussions about what a shame it is that the quality is so bad, because the floor plan and layout is really a home run, plus the biggest issue is really the 6000 lb axles for running gear I still haven't been able to come to terms with FR's decision on that but like I said I did my repairs myself after TOTAL disappointment and incompetence from the dealer. After working the bugs out these rigs are nice.
Good luck with it I hope it all turns out well.
Marc

Here's what the front black tank valve looked like. Never used brand new.

I can see some tees in the cable ,but not exactly sure I am in the right place. When you refer to the control board ,that is located right behind the dock station or correct ? Or should I be looking someplace else?

I had my rv in the shop for almost a month and they had a few mechanics out,so I had to go pick it up for our current trip, sorry for the rant but it just really gets to me.
Thanks for all the replies,I will continue my mission of trying to get these rvs working .

By control board I mean the main control station in the basement where the coax water and front dump valve controls are, on mine the coax connections where all wrong.
