The converter may have shorted out or gotten a power surge, which in turn killed the tv and the microwave. Certain types of converters are known for going bad. Get it checked ASAP, as it may have been damaged and is causing what you are seeing. During a severe storm last August, my buddy and I were camping next each other when we both received a power surge that killed his converter and transfer switch to his generator and killed my transfer switch. His camper had lights on one side of the camper and not the other. My bet is that it is a converter issue.

if you had a power surge, you will want to check the fuses in your converter, in the basement crawl space behind the wall (is the converter) in the front of it are two automotive type fuses (picture of the red fuses in post 9 of this thread)..

BTW, my converter was still under warranty and FR refused to upgrade it, I had to accept another WFCO or replace it on my own, so I decided to put the WFCo in (free) knowing that if it happened again I would be out of warranty and then put in a better one.
