We have a 2012 345 ret fifth wheel trailer and I noticed the tan colored stripe on the side has cracked all down the sides over the winter.Does anyone else have this problem?

I have never had it happen or heard of it. I do not cover my RV at all, but I wax it 2x's per year decals included. I tore a decal one time from a tree branch. I had to take pictures of the decals that needed replacement and send them to FR parts to get new ones sent. It cost me more in S/H then 3 decals. They are easy to take off and replace. There is a great u-tube on how to do it. And back to your question, never heard of that with a unit that new.

Go to the Goshen rally and let them fix it for free.
My front sticker cracked on the nose. My brothers did too so this isnt an isolated problem. In my case i cant notice it cuz its ten feet up so Im doing nothing about it.
Fixed free there is great, getting there not so free for me.

Good to hear.. I wont bother like I said. If it was noticeable on side I prolly would.But unless they changed the material of the decal it prolly will happen again somewhere else.The sun is very damaging.Decals are hard pressed to hold up for too long.
I have same problem on 365. Forest river is replacing them free next week
Are you still under Warranty? If you are they have to do it free, but if out they are not going to do it free, or if someone damages there decals, such as I did.
