2012 wildcat sterling 32RL 2 livingroom slideout problem

The smaller living room slideout is starting to cut the carpet! I noticed a little at first but now we are out on the road and it seems to be getting worse. I can see where the underside plastic rails are damaged and they have cut into the plastic track they are supposed to ride over. Now I have my wife hold the button to slide it in while I push the top to make it tilt the way it should while sliding. The dealer I bought this from brand new ( over a year and 4 months ago ) cannot be trusted to fix this or any of the other problems I have had. That's another long story. Can this be adjusted to tilt as it is being put in? The large Livingroom slide tilts upwards alot more than the smaller.

My camper had the same problem. The dealer put plastic guards on the bottom of the slide-out and adjusted the slide-out replaced carpet. So far it has not done it anymore.
