344qb

Hello all, I am going to pick up our first fiver on Saturday, and after years or searching we have finally settled on the Wildcat 344QB. I am curious if anyone already has this model and see if you are happy with it. I know it is a new floorplan and there are not many around as of yet so I am sure this is a stretch.

This floor plan was just announced in the end of September and went into production shortly afterwards, so you're definitely ahead of the curve on this one!

I know most dealers have just received their first round of 344QB fifth wheels in the last 30-45 days. Looking forward to hearing the impressions and responses here!

Please let me know if I can be of assistance with any questions...

Chris,

Was the 271RLX model also discontinued?

The 271RLX was replaced by the 272RLX this year, adding a side-aisle bathroom and a wardrobe slide to the floor plan:

See the specs here:

The eXtraLite 271RLX may still be available in your local Wildcat dealer's stock inventory!

Thumbs up Rolling Island Pantry

Since I mentioned the 272RLX in this thread taking us somewhat off-topic, one notable feature that is shared with the 344QB (and the Sterling Edition 34QB version) is the rolling island pantry...

So far we love it Chris, only got to do a one night shakedown and returned it to the dealership to take care of a few fit and finish items but we absolutely love it. I have been shopping for over 3 years and I think I have seen it all. It is definately the best master I have seen in ANY fiver under 70k+. Will keep updating as we spend more time with it. Anyone looking for a bunkhouse fiver, this model is definately worth a look.

That's a great pic! Are those little ones the new owners of the bunkhouse?

Thanks for the kind words. I'll pass this on to the rest of our design team. We're pretty fond of the bedroom setup ourselves -- it's a Wildcat exclusive layout!:

Lakeside RV Sales in Anderson, SC. The deal was great and the guys were very friendly. I'll post about thier service department after I get her back next week from putting all of the final touches on it.

This floor plan has been a big hit at RV shows so far this year. I'll make sure that the Wildcat Facebook page has an update of upcoming shows for those of you looking to see it!

I'll see if I can get the dimensions. We're getting a lot of calls into our parts department about this!
