Mine is right next to the sewage drain tube. Only one drain location.

I thought that was just for the fresh water tank.

The low point drain is the same as the fresh water drain. It's the only location to drain your fresh water tanks from.

The low point drain isn't usually used to drain the fresh water tank, but to drain the water lines in the unit. I don't know about the 344QB specifically, but on the 312's there are hot and cold low point drains between the main door and the pass through storage door, outside of the frame rails, up behind the skirting. You may need to crawl under and look up between the frame and skirting, as they do not hang down low enough to see them easily just by looking underneath, unlike the single tank drain, which is quite easy to see...

On the 344QB the low point drain lines are by the front entry door steps. In between the space between the frame and the outer skin they're blue and red. The blue one in the front on the opposite side by itself is for the fresh water tank.

our 344QB did not come with a system low point drain, just a drain for the fresh tank, I have had the lower belly covers off and it is no where to be had

I didn't think that our 353LS had any low water drain points either. All I ever saw was the drain for the fresh water tank. Then when our 353LS was in the shop up in Elkhart having some warranty work done, one items was to replace the bottom cover under the trailer. Low and behold all of a sudden I had low water drains for both the hot and cold. It would appear that along the production line they stuffed the low water drain points up under the liner under the fifth wheel. I would recommend pulling a few screws and look under the liner under the frame. Mine come out very close to the grey and black water drain point.
Good luck,
