For me, I like the simplicity of this plug. It's small, just one piece, not having to connect various dogbones together (50 amp to 30 amp to 15 amp) and the price is cheaper than having to purchase the various dogbanes. On the other hand though, anyone with a 50 amp service generally has all these dogbones.
