On a new 285rkx wildcat maxx will the cable running to the king antenna work with a sattalite dome ?

Possibly.
If it is a 'home-run' from the wall plate to the King it likely will.
Most of them that run coax to 'amplified' antennas are ok as the current passes through the coax.
Some King antennas have the power supply/amplifier at the rotation point of the ceiling and don't feed the power through the coax so I won't say all.
Also you would use one or the other antennas but not both at the same time over that one coax but you probably know that.

I have tried connecting my winegard g3 satt carry out to every outside outlet with no success, anyone have a solution?

First thing you do when you buy a wingard g3 is throw the cable that came with it in the trash. I spent hours trying to figure out why it wouldnt get a signal, finally put some rg6 cable on it and that solved it
