Anyone have info on 2011 28RKBS?

We found one on the net that we are planning to go see. Our concern is its insulation value. It does not have any type of polar, arctic, or 4 season package.

We live in the South where temps go to 100+ at times in the summer. Most of the time, it stays in the upper 80s to mid 90s. In the winter, it can go down into the teens...once in a blue moon, in the single digits.

I just looked it up. Average temps...lowest is 32 in winter and average high is 92 in summer.

Would this coach with one 15K A/C be able to keep us comfortable? And is it insulated enough to stay warm in winter? I suppose we could add a space heater...so my biggest concern is for the summer heat.

Also...are the walls so thin that you can hear your neighbors at a campsite?
Thanks for your help in advancE
