It should be access to the back of the valves in your shower. I don't have the same model, but that is whats behind mine.

Thanks John.. We had the same model as you, 28RKBS and it did not have that access. Just never had seen that before.

Just an update... since your Wildcat was built in Oregon, I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'll post more when I've got additional info!

Chris,

Newbie here...we purchased a Wildcat Sterling 29MK in mid Sep of this year. We love the camper and glad we came back to a Forest River product after a 6 year run with a different manufacturer.

My question is related to obtaining exterior parts for the camper. I took that rediculous green arrow sticker off the lower metal skirt below the water heater and ended up damaging the paint. I wanted to know if it is possible to order a replacement metal skirt or whatever it is called from Forest River. My dealer wants to paint it, but I am concerned about the longevity of the repaint...and the $550 price they want to charge. I would much rather a factory replacement piece so I don't have to fear any pealing or the like.

Thanks for any and all information.
Bob

According to the Oregon plant, the above answer is correct! It's an access panel for the tub/shower faucet. I hope this helps!

I can understand your hesitation on on repainting. Please send me a private message with your full contact information and the 29MK's VIN so I can get my customer service in action to assist you!

i took the sticker off my corian counter top and now there is glue left on it from the sticker. I have tried gooBgone and sticky out and still can't get it off. I would like to take the green sticker off the outside too but have not yet. I peeled off the ones on the wheels and it left part of the sticker still on there.

I don't want to damage anything so I am trying to be careful.

Any suggestions on what I can use to get the glue off from all the stickers?

Cherry

Sorry for the delayed response! We do not yet have production specs for the 282RKX (new this fall). I will be sure to inform you as soon as engineering finalizes weights and measures on that floor plan (I expect them in early January).
