Jim
From our Jensen rep:
"Having the TV on is not a requirement to play the disc, what is occurring is actually part of the CEC feature connected to the use of the HDMI connection on the radio.

What the customer is referring to here is not a defect, but a function of the CEC Mode built into the stereo and TV. To shut off this feature the customer can go through the Picture menu on the Jensen TV."

Please see your Jensen TV owners manual showing the picture menu and how to shut off the CEC Mode!

Hello Factory

I've seen in some photos of wildcats, doors on the square opening to the right of the closet in the bedroom. Is there a way we can order these? We would like to match the rest of the cabinetry.

Anyone, including support, know what the largest tv is that will fit in the OK of the 312bhx? Thanks in advance.

WISH I would have known this at the time of purchase. There was no mention of it and nothing in the documentation - I just went and looked. Grrrrr

wouldn't surprise me if your dealer pulled it, so they could sell you a 3rd party extended warranty that they get a commission on.

If your purchase was recent its not too late to get in on the second year warranty. I called forest river and did it over the phone, we had already had our trailer for a few weeks. I received out paperwork a few days ago.
