Awning

I have an 01 Wildcat. Last weekend I didn't have any trouble with the awning. Today when I went to roll it up it would not roll up tight. I unrolled it a couple times and it still did not roll up tight. It is a manual awning. Any suggestions?

Not sure what type of arms it has but could one of them have a twist lock locked?

Are there any knobs on the arms?

Me either. Never heard of a twist lock on a manual or electric awning.

You might extend the awning and measure to make sure the material is centered on the roller. If it is not centered, center it and try to retract it again.

Loosen the knobs and try again.
