Axle ratings for 2016 Wildcat 275CKX?

Looking at a Wildcat 275CKX. Can anyone tell me what the axles are rated at for this unit? Also any common problems??

Your trailer is required to have a federal certification label with that information. Look on the forward LH external section of your trailer for the label.

Better yet, look on the axle itself for the MFR decal with the rating. I have seen discrepancies between the federal cert and the axle label. Not suppose to happen, but this is the RV world.

The axle manufacturers load capacities are not the official load capacity once they are fitted to an RV trailer.

Because the trailer manufacturer has the authority to set them to a GAWR.

The installed axle (s) may match-up with the trailer manufacturer's specs as built or reset to a lower value known as Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).

The GAWR is the official value the trailer manufacturer uses to build the trailer around and is the value for tire and rim fitments.

Here is an example of a certification label with a GAWR set at 6750# for 7000# axles.

For all RV trailers the label above must be permanently attached to the LH forward external section of the trailer.

Make sure you evenly distribute the weight in your RV. You can be under the GVWR & still be over the GAWR.

When I looked at several 2015 and 2016 Wildcat 295rsx units last year, it was peculiar that some units were 5000 axles and some were 6000. Same floor plans but the diff was that the 6000s had 16" wheels, others were 15" wheels.

Axle is rated for whatever you put into camper.
