Bedroom slide cracked

The bottom of our bedroom slide cracked and water dripped out. Dealer says it is a design flaw and FR says to put in a metal bracket to fix it with no intention of replacing the floor. They say they found the leak. Please help I do not believe what they are telling me. It is a 2015 wildcat 317rl. No water damage anywhere inside. I can't believe FR would not replace the floor.Click image for larger version

I retract my original frustration. Spoke directly to FR today apparently that metal bracket is the fix for my problem. I will post pictures when it gets repaired next spring. Sorry if I offended anyone with my original post. Just needed some clarification.

I have the same unit.

I had water leaking at the aft window on the bedroom slide. The drain holes on the window did not drain the water that collects at the bottom, its a slide up type window. The window was defective. I elected to seal the window with black RTV to match the dark window and black frame, vs changing the window out or trying to drill the holes through. No problem for me, since i will never open that window anyway.

The dealer stated that some caulk was leaking on the top of the slide. However I have no confidence in them as I stated. I will check the window out when I pick it up though. I just couldn't believe they are not going to replace the floor. I also wonder how much water damage has been done I can't see. There is absolutely no sign of water damage on the inside which I find odd. We really love the coach and I want to take care of it thanks for the advise on the window.
