Can you force cold air to the front?

With only one air conditioner in our trailer, I was wondering if you can purchase adjustable covers for the air conditioning vents in the roof. If you could close off a few in the rear, you could force the cold air up front into the bedroom on a hot night.

We do just that.

Our sabre has two in the living area that are not closeable but they are now.
Just need a step stool to open or shut them on our 5er
