Ceiling fan quit

The ceiling fan in my 2006 Wildcat has quit. Looks like motor is shot. Any one replaced their fan or motor? Where did you get it ?

Mine hasn't quit but if I were sure it quit and didn't just have a wire loose, I'd go to Lowe's or other home store and get a like-sized replacement.

Sadly in our throw away society just replacing it is probably easier and cheaper, and probably get a better fan then what ever was factory installed.

It's likely to be a 12 vdc motor. Once you pull it down you will be able to find a brand name and be able to google it. I installed one in my 5th wheel. They come in two different blade sizes but the same motor.

the fan in my unit is 110 volt only, guess that is the first place to start on your decision on what to do.

If it's 12v DC, there's a fuse somewhere. Check it.

Fixed fan

After reading many posts about fan problems, I decided to order a new wall switch. Installed it and fan runs as it should 😜😜
