Crack above outdoor kitchen slide out

First time on this forum, if my issue has been discussed before I apologize. We have a 2014 model 344 QB. While washing last week we noticed a crack running from inside of opening for the outdoor kitchen, running upward to upper corner of body. Which is 3" to 4". There's no indication inside the camper. Checked other side and see a crack developing there too, which has another slide on drivers side, essentially same size as the other slide. Obviously I'm upset, etc, many emotions. Our camper is lightly used, purchased in 2013. Nothing added to rear bumper, just factory spare tire mount. Nothing in either slide. Has this been an issue? Can it be fixed? My friend has a similar designed Keystone Avalanche that has cracked completely in to, a large 1' separation. Any help would be appreciated.
