Decal replacement

I have a 2004 Wildcat 27rl and have removed all of the decals from the outside because of peeling, cracking and fading.
I want to replace the Wildcat name decal on three sides only. Is there a place to buy replacements in the proper colors?

Your dealer can get them from the factory, or you can go to a vinyl sign shop - the kind of place that makes names for the stern of boats - and get them made in whatever font, color and size you want.

EDIT: In fact, there are lots of places on the internet that handle boat graphics and you can order custom made ones from them. Google BOAT NAME DECALS.

They are very easy to install. We did the graphics on all of our boats over the years.

Easy to install, not cheap to buy. You would think FR would help us out on this. Not good advertisement for them with peeling decals. Just sayin!

Ten year old unit that quite possibly sits out in the sun year around and forest river should help with the cost of decals?
Really?

I never said the cost. I have asked on here. Would be more than willing to pay. Would just like them to match the fade. FR should be cheaper to buy from as all they have to do is cut, weed, and mask the vinyl. Other places would have to start from scratch and design it all. REALLY!

faded decals are an industry-wide issue, not just FR.

Not faded decals. When you take old off you can see where they were. Would like to put same ones on so it matches. I just think a person should be able to purchase from them. Enough said!

I had to replace 3 decals on my RV. Got them from FR. The shipping cost more then the money I paid for the decals. I think I paid like 15.00 bucks for them but the shipping was over 20 something. I couldn't believe it. Check with a sign company and FR was like a 1/3 of the price.

We used to call that a "quote of convenience" ie not interested, quote high enough where he'll walk away!

Probably a foot long.
I just stop by to see if there were any ideas on removing decals. Best of luck on redoing yours.

That is not what I said. I said to match where the fade is on camper. And you don't know anything about vinyl. Get a life, I am done with you and this thread. Have a great day.

Since the first Wildcats came out in 2001 the graphic decals have changed a number of times. I seriously doubt Forest River would still have any of those old style graphics. Even your 2004 "Cat" graphic isn't the original design. You might ask Wildcat Chris in the "Ask the Wildcat Factory" thread if he knows if there are any of the old graphics laying around gathering dust that they would like to get rid of.
