Factory Tour

I was returning home to the Boston area from a trip to Alaska and thought it would be neat to go on a Wildcat factory tour. Two days before I got to Indiana I called customer service, tech support and one other number I found. Finally someone from tech support called me back and said I should talk to sales and provided me with two more numbers. All told I called 5 different numbers and left messages at 4 ( the fifth number was disconnected). The only return call I got was the tech support person.

BTW that was weeks ago. still no return calls. OK if you don't offer tours fine, just have the courtesy to call back and say so.

I will add it to the list of disappointments dealing with Wildcat / Forest River

Man, so many people upset with Forest River... Glad I have low expectations.

I would suggest that all of the factories that offer tours easily list that on their websites - and none are ‘reservations required’... just stop by before the posted day/hour of the tour.
We’ve done Thor Motor Coach diesels and gas units in Wakarusa, Newmar diesels and gas units in Nappannee, and Forest River diesles in Elkhart.
