Fiberglass crack

I have a 2013 344QB that I bought new in February of 2013. The cap was faded by summer of 2014. Now the outdoor kitchen bunkhouse slide side has a 5 inch long deep crack running from the upper left-hand corner of the slide hole. I am at wits end. Anyone else have cracking?

What does your dealer say about this situation. Are they willing to go to bat for you? Can they fix it or does it need to go back to the factory.
If no luck with dealer, go to Customer Service and start the process of getting it covered by the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, rather or not others have had the problem probably won't have much impact on your problem. Wringing your hands also won't do you any good. Get with the right people at your dealership and manufacturer and take a strong, respectful, active approach to getting your problem corrected without cost to you.

I think the dealer caused it. They "adjusted" that slide last year because it didn't go in and out correctly. There is a slight bulge in the fiberglass at the other corner too. Frame weld perhaps?

Today my 2014 Wildcat 327ck is getting delivered back to me from the factory. That was the problem that I had with mine. It came to light when I had a leak in one of my rear slides and we discovered the cracks at the dealer. The dealer summited a claim with pictures and a few weeks later Wildcat called to make an appointment to bring it in. It was something only the factory could fix. To my understanding they removed half of the wall on each side and replaced it with reinforced walls. It's been gone two months and due back this afternoon. Just waiting to see how it looks.
