Garden Room windows

Does anyone have a secret for freeing up the verticle garden room windows? A couple of mine are brutal to open and close. I hate to use any liquid lube on them as it would attract dust and dirt. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks, I didn't know they made such a thing. I will get some and give it a try.

I was just checking out various products on Amazon including WD40. I like how it has the built-in spray tip. Is that what you have? Does it go on wet, then dry to a residue?

edit: I see a couple of reviews had trouble with the spray nozzle making a mess.

Just thought I would bump this back up as I used some WD-40 Dry Lube PTFE spray. The windows work much better now.
