Hot water heater by pass
Does anyone know if a wildcat 312 bhx has a bypass and where it located. I have check all around tank the area it is located.

Under the pantry to the right of refrigerator. 4 square tipped screws hold the panel on.

Looking at your rig on line, it appears your water heater is under your pantry. You'll just have to figure out how to get into it. (Your dealer SHOULD have shown you how to do this during your PDI - shame on him.)
You might be able to remove the drawer that's under the fridge and get access from the side.
If you have a drop-down door instead of a drawer, there's probably a thin piece of luan separating the storage from the water heater. These are usually attached to the floor with a 3/4"x3/4" block of wood and couple of screws. Remove the screws, pull out the luan, and you can get in.
UPDATE: OR - 4 screws in the panel, per Finallygotone!

Go outside, look for a panel that looks like this, it may be black or white:
That's your hot water heater. Go inside where that's at, and figure out how to get in.
First pic of your unit here shows it right beside your outside kitchen, which would put it under your pantry.

I have located the tank and control valve or bypass located at the inlet and outlet lines. Did not know if they remote the bypass.

Make sure you know which valves are which. There are quite a few ways in which the manufacturers have come up with to do this. See attached generic plumbing pic. Page 1 shows the usual 3 valves. Page 2 shows a number of other ways it's been done. Make sure you know which version you have.

The middle one up and down is your bypass. You should have a valve for hot and cold.

I had this setup on other campers I had. But none on this one. Possible because it was built for Texas.

Should still have bypass. What do you do when you sanitize the system.
