How to fold up bunk house futon?

My husband I recently purchased a 2006 Wildcat and in there is a futon in the bunkhouse. It is currently folded flat, and was at the time of purchase, and we cannot figure out how to get it to fold back up to turn it into the couch. The futon was folded up in the listing picture (below) so I'm going to assume it actually works and it's just user error on our part.
If you happen to know how to make this thing fold, please let me know! Thanks!

Try picking up the front a foot or so and then shove it towards the wall

The problem is that we can't lift the front more than 6" or so because the corner of the futon gets stuck on the desk support. This thing has got me stumped! ha!

You pick the front up two or three inches. Grab the back edge and pick it up and pull together into a slight V shape. Then push on the front toward the back wall while it is in a V shape and it will 'sit' down into a couch.

Thank you all for the help! We thought we were losing our minds, but realized tonight that the former owners had modified the futon and added some additional wood underneath to raise it up, presumably for storage, and because of that, it wouldn't fold into the 'V' shape because it would hit the desk. Long story short, we finally got it upright and are removing the extra wood blocks in the morning!

First post I have read where someone posted they had to much wood in a trailer.

Glad you got it figured out....
