I hate this time of year.

I will be in mourning for the next three and a half months. We just finished winterizing the Wildcat and put it back on the storage lot where it will stay until mid-February. As far as I’m concerned, winter is officially here.

In mid-February we will hook up our Wildcat and head down to Gulf Shores, AL and stay there until the chance of freezing weather has passed in MO.

Once we bring the “cat” back to MO., we don’t have any real plans for next year.

Yeah it does suck a bit. We are so used to hitting the campground every weekend, we are in a state of withdrawal. Particularly now that the sweet hot wife has suddenly realised there are 5 months of chores at the house that need doing. Sigh

The only thing that gets me through winter is knowing we already have our reservations at Island Retreat RV Park in Gulf Shores.

There's this little country church on the way to our campground that once a month puts on the best brunch you're ever gonna have. We'll keep that up all winter and slip on over to check how the trailer is fairing. That was we're staying a bit connected anyway.
