Does my 2002 27rk have an inverter hiding someplace?

It's highly doubtful. It has a converter, but most likely not an inverter unless someone added it after market.

Thanks guys. I borrowed an extension cord and got the slide out. Found it behind a panel in the rear where the cord comes into the rig. All is good.

I assume you are talking about the CONverter, not an INverter.
