Jensen TV in 313RE-OK

Has anyone experienced there 32" Jensen TV not powering on? Ours worked fine, now it won't go on and my husband call Jensen and the guy asked him if the LED light was on and it's not so he said we have to take the RV back to the dealer.......UGH!!!!! Just getting sick of all of the inconveniences, just had it there last month because of a bunch of warranty work, then had to take it back again because Lippert jacks weren't working. Ultimately had to figure out for ourselves that the battery was never fully charged before we brought it home from purchasing it. Getting really aggravated! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you trip a breaker by chance? Either in the camper our wherever you are plugged in? Check the simple stuff like that and the cord first.

If you have access, unplug from power first, wait a minute and plug it in again . I have 2 tvs in my house that sometimes act like dead until power is removed and restored. It's worth a shot.
