Jensen Tv Trouble Shooting audio out grayed out

I have a jensen tv that was replaced under warranty last year. Its out of warranty now, but I cannot set the audio out, its grey out and cannot be selected. I contacted the mfg and the said to reset the tv and scan for channels again, this did not work. Has anybody had this problem and maybe a solution. Thanks

I contacted them first, I just thought some here might have a solution. That being said the customer service was awesome and very quick. I ultimately found the solution by playing the menu items.

In the audio menu, I turned off “tv speakers” and “avc” to off then the audio out became active again.
