Landing gear and rear stab jacks do not work

So we just took our first run out with the new 312BHX. Overall we loved the trailer.

However we did run into one major issue. After we loaded the trailer and truck we headed out to Eagle Lake, CA about a 130 mile trip. When we left the manual switches and the Bluetooth remote all worked fine. When we got to the site the landing gear and rear stabilizer switches would not work but the Bluetooth controller did. Everything was the same when we left 4 days later.

When we got home. Neither the manual switches or the Bluetooth controller worked for the landing gear and rear stabilizer. Now the main slide does not work through the Bluetooth controller. However is does work on the manual switch.

The dealership was closed so I started to troubleshoot myself. Found 3 blown 30A fuses on the LCI multifunction receiver. All for my broken components. What would cause them to blow??? Has anyone else had this trouble?

Don't have a multifunction receiver but my slide and landing gear are 40 amp not 30 amp...

Thank you for the information. I too have the 312 bhx, what I have found is the remote doesn't work when I'm backing up my truck to lower the landing gear to hook it to my truck, even hanging it out the window I still need someone to manually retract the landing gear. I think because the box is all the way in the back under the dining room table in the bunkhouse the distance is too far.... on a side note did your dealer give you a clear answer on your two gray tanks. Mine told me that it was 54 and 54 respectfully.... Wrong.... I did the 5 gallon bucket test. 25 gallons on the galley gray tank and 83 on the main gray tank.

If the battery charge is down a little it'll cause the fuses to blow on those high drain devices.

^^^^^^This. That brings up the question of "Is you battery being charged by your tow vehicle?" Parasitic loads, fridge running on 12V, etc will drain your battery in route. If you have a break away switch on your unit it is absolutely essential that the battery on that rig stays charged when pulling.

We were a Fleetwood dealer and they always told us to use ceramic/slow blow fuses in the slides and jacks. They worked very well and it was also easy to see if they were blown because they change color from white to tan.
