Lights not working

We have recently had our 2015 Wildcat in for service and went to pick it up to find that none of the lights are working or anything electrical in the camper except the jacks and slide outs. It is currently hooked up to only the battery in the RV storage facility.

Any suggestions?

Little confused by the post. Did the lights work when you piked up from dealer? If the trailer and not the TV are not hooked together and trailer plugged into power at the facility, the running lights will not work. Being plugged in at the storage facility lights should not work on trailer. Now if your TV are both at the storage facility and hooked up with plug in to trailer then you may have blown a fues in the TV. Later RJD

When we picked it up we moved it to the RV's storage facility to pack for an upcoming trip. If the RV is connected to it's battery, which it is, I should be able to operate interior lights and other electrical items off the batter of the RV. Nothing electrical in the RV works except the leveling jacks and the slide outs, no interior lights nothing.

Check fuses and battery cut off switch if you have one. Depending on how it is wired, bat cutoff could cause that. Not sure what work was done, but dealer may have blown fuse between battery and converter ( usually 30A-40 A orange or dark yellow)

Have you checked to see if you have a battery disconnect switch on the camper. Check your fuse panel in the camper may have a fuse blown. Later RJD

They may have disconnected battery from converter ( and lighting etc.) the two big items that work may be connected to battery directly thru their own fuses. Make sure convertor power cables are connected to battery.

Thanks Fly Bob,
From a cursory look at the battery earlier I didn't see anything not connected but I'll go back and take a closer look.

Is there a switch on the converter somewhere that could be turned off?
