Lippert Level -up

Does anyone have the Lippert Level-Up system? We got our Wildcat 313RE in Feb. and have been guessing how to use it. They showed us once when we took delivery, and we watched the video in Lippert's web-site. Well we just brought it home from Buddy Greg's in Knoxville and they said they had to charge us $70.00 an hr. for one of their guys to show us how to use it. Not gonna happen....so we unhitched the truck from it and leveled it but one of the tires on the drivers side is off of the ground a little. I don't know if it's supposed to be. I did read that they are not supposed to all be off of the ground but am not sure if any of them are supposed to be. Can anyone shed some light on this subject?

Can't find anything on the "wheel(s) off the ground" issue. That might be a trailer manufacturer issue.

As for one tire being off the ground, this isn't an issue. If the ground is not level, your tires may or may not make 100% contact. The jacks are extremely durable and overbuilt for Wildcat's lighter weights...

There is a way to set the level for the trailer. You will read about it in the on line instructional links that have been shown above. I used a level attached to the frame to set mine as it was off some from the factory. Now it sets it level every time.

an issue I have had with the one touch level up:

When the jacks are near are at full extension, you will get an error message. Not a huge issue with the front jacks but when it is the side jacks, the computer starts doing funny things with the front jacks and you start scratching your head. My advice, is, when you think you might be at the limit of your jack travel place a piece 2x6 under the foot. It is easy to get lazy with the one touch level up. You pull in, park it, push the button and break out a long neck. I like the one touch level up system and so do the other guys who watch how quick I get to the beer.
