looking for pdi sheet wildcat 5th

hi there just purchased a 5th wheel 09 31qbsb off of ebay (sweet deal). I had it delivered part way were i picked up. after getting it home not so sure there was a pdi done on trailer like promised. does anyone have a link to a pdi sheet down load?? just like to see what all should have bein done.
