next newbe question

What is the 120 volt switch under the sink used for Been camping now for 15 days and found nothing that doesn't work as I have let it in the off position?

Standard 120volt switch like in your house. HD blue plastic box /plastic plate surface mounted. 12/2 Romex running to it. under sink. Rear kitchen left side door.

Well, the switch goes to the water heater but doesn't seem to have any effect on hot water whether it is on or off??

Single mode. Gas only, 6 gal. 12,000 btu. Seems A/C is for ignitor. Ignitor reset on the front of the cabinet next to sink. I just didn't know it wasn't working when I had the switch off. All is good now.
