Smile not acceptable , unhappy campers , update

wanted to update everyone who replied to my original post. our dealer, poulsbo rv in auburn, wa, really stepped up, contacting the factory and arranging for transport and repairs at the dallas, oregon plant. apparently, our trailer frame has 6 inch i-beams when it should have had 8 inch i-beams, thus causing flex in the sidewalls. the frame has been re-enforced and the wall area above the slide had to be gussetted. all the other issues were repaired and we are now getting ready to resume our trip south for the winter. thanks again, bob mc
