Outdoor kitchen mod 312QBX

Hi all -

Picked up our new 2015 312QBX and since we don't have the "full" OK we wanted to make sure our "mini" OK was best set up and usable for dry camping. I felt the big shore power refrigerator was kind of a waste and useless if not plugged in 24/7, so I replaced that with a 12 volt Koolatron unit and built a shelf to add a small microwave which can be operated with an occasional generator run. Also replaced the useless 40" flatscreen with a Jensen 12 volt 32" LED and added a 12 volt outlet in the kitchen, bedroom wall for TV and entertainment center. Also added some shelving for kitchen, master and bunkroom wardrobes Much more functional now and better for dry camping
